May-September Preparation for IVF #3!!!

After discovering Dr. Amols left Arizona Associates for Reproductive Health back in January/February to open his own place in May, we met with him on May 9th. We had a great visit with him when we discovered he is trying to make big changes for the fertility industry. Since his own facility is not quite open (he anticipated August/September) he is borrowing a lab (Boston Lab). As of right now his rates are:
$6,000 cash price which includes everything
$2,000 if you get embryos
$2,000 if you get pregnant
So the total including everything with no hidden fees is $10,000

IUIs are $500 and if IUIs are unsuccessful then money is applied towards IVF

At AZRH we paid:
$12,000+$1,680 facility fees+$1,800 ICSI+$500 anesthesia

Once his facility opens the prices will decrease once he can eliminate overhead costs.

So, we decided to get my AMH tested to see if we should proceed or wait until his facility opens.

May 22nd: My AMH came back over 2! It used to be .9! This is unexplainable. I talked with Dr. Amols about applying our insurance and possibly proceeding now if costs are still low. We waited and waited for a response and never got one. Kevin text Dr. Amols to touch base and then I got an email giving me information I already knew. The nurse also claimed to have called us which we never got. I explained again what we needed to find out and again we waited. Towards the end of July we got in touch with a lady at Boston Lab who first told us we only had to pay 20% of the total which was 12,000. We knew this was wrong so Kevin called to check. She was wrong. We had about a 2,200 allowance left. She said our total would be 12.000 even with Dr. Amols doing most of the appointments. We just needed to use their lab and facility. We got a hold of Dr. Amols and he said this was wrong and he'd figure it out. We waited a week and nothing. Kevin text and he said he was waiting in a response. We then waited another week and nothing. We then waited 2 weeks and nothing. It got beyond frustrating! In the meantime his office called and asked if we still wanted to go through them for IVF. Kevin asked them to leave a message with Dr. Amols. Again, nothing! So... Kevin text him asking for a call. He said he was getting prices and would call. He then never called. Kevin touched base the next day and he said he was waiting on info and he'd call. Then he called and had no info. He said he didn't realize we wanted to proceed and had he known he would have acted quicker. He said he could see me Monday and we could get the ball rolling. We went in on the 8th ofSeptember for an ultrasound. We went ahead and scheduled the next few appointments and he said a lady would be calling us by Friday. On Friday she never called so Kevin left a message with her. In the meantime he called us and said a different lady would call us Monday. The lady did call on Monday but did not give us the prices we were asking for. They recommended we do cash pay through him and they'd submit to insurance and might receive a credit. We shared this info with him and he said he'd submit to insurance. So... We are hoping this all works out. I'm pretty nervous about this all! We are guessing it'll be:

$6,000 cash pay
$3,000 medications
$2,000 possible payment to Dr. Amols
*We should get $2,200 credit from our insurance allowance

*We hit many road blocks to get to this point... The above information was guesses as I didn't write everything down
